Jeffrey L. Gorman Posted October 8, 2018 Posted October 8, 2018 The Troy High School Band will host it annual Pre-UIL Marching Band Festival on Tuesday Oct 9 starting at 9AM. This event which features UIL Judging and Ratings along with Judges Critiques after each Bands performance is geared to Bands in class 1A to 3A who would like a performance event prior to entering UIL Regional Contests in the next two weeks. This event has been on going for several years and has had a good response from schools who want to get a critique of their performance without entering a Quote
