Such an inspiring story!   The video circulated through our band family’s Facebook posts this past week.  So fantastic!

This is so cool! Cy-Fair was the first band on after I arrived. I loved the show! It's usually poor design to have uniforms that blend too much into the field, but in this case they fit the theme perfectly. And they allowed for all those wonderful moments where the white half of the uniforms seemed to pop in out of nowhere.

I kept on having to remind myself this was a September show. So much talent on the field tonight. It felt good to be back outside at night under those lights.

Congrats to The Woodlands on another decisive win here, even after losing half their staff. I could tell the ballad had been learned recently. Even so, the way it swiftly ballooned from delicate, nuanced mysteriousness into raw power and emotion was electrifying.

Bridgeland continues their climb. I can't wait to see where they end up within the next few years! 🥰

Pearland has all new directors except for the percussion directors. The head director, assistant directors and colorguard directors are all new to the school this year. At first, the change seemed a little scary for me, but they are doing great so far!
