We have a freshman in the Georgetown Band.  I don’t know if Georgetown typically does well in these competitions but I know this band has dedication and heart ❤️! But they’re notably younger than many of the bands I’ve watched this season. Any predictions?

Georgetown had a pretty impressive showing at McAllen and TMC last year, (if im remembering correctly) they definitely could do good here.

Weiss bottom half? Now that’s interesting!

Congratulations to all the finalists though! I have a sneaking suspicion McNeil might pull a surprise.

Seeing the performances, it doesn't shock me. No knock on Weiss at all, but the other five were really good.

I’ll trust you for sure! I didn’t have a chance to drop by but you’re the resident go-to for anything Vista Ridge.

I did see them at Austin and while they weren’t the cleanest they’ve cleaned up solidly in the past.

I find it interesting that I've been noticing more contests splitting finals by top half and bottom half. Has this been a thing for a while or have I just started to notice it more?

Definitely just following BOA when they started doing it in 2016 after Hebron won Grand Nationals semifinals and then drew the first performing slot in finals in 2015.

Wow that was not close. Great job to McNeil and Tom Glenn though for sure their best seasons to date and more to come!

Not a single NISD band in finals! Oh well, that's how the game is sometimes.

Awesome showing for Churchill, showing they are safely back into the flow they've been establishing since 2019.

Awesome for Westwood. Y'all are right. It wasn't close at all.

Glenn has improved miles and miles from where they were a couple of years ago.

J.P. Stevens was 11th in Prelims.  Just missed Finals.

And I LOVED Churchill's show.  It's so fun.
