Well. That's what Cedar Park is known for. Congratulations! 5 in a row is unprecedented! Truly the domination of Cedar Park in 5A is something that may never be matched. 

For the past few 5A cycles it seems that they've set the pace and left other bands to catch up. Even during their roughest year yet in 2019 they still nabbed a state title well ahead of the competition. What an ending to the season! Rouse ought to be proud of themselves as well. I believe this is their second silver? What a run from them as well.

Oh be still my heart! I am so proud of everyone who made it to finals. I am extremely happy and proud of Forney! This has been an incredible season for us! I am glad that this is the end of the road for me, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

@tennertrumbow  @SaxA41 @BandKid_2 @krustyjoe: i am so beyond proud of you guys. i hope you take this comp and continue to grow. 
 

now then, ill still be active here and try to make comps. i love you all so much, and i’ll always miss this experience.

Marcus from 2004-2014 is the only other streak that can compare. Truly an incredible and historic accomplishment!

This was such a fun season! Gonna miss this show, but I loved performing “Gridlock” at Lone Star every single time I stepped on the field. Thanks to everyone who made this season possible! We placed 7th, which is the highest our school has ever placed at state! Congrats to Wakeland and Lebanon Trail for also making finals and representing our district well! I know we’ll all come back stronger next year, thanks guys!

These new rubrics make for such interesting results! CP basically won on percussion, content, and visual!

It was visual and content & design where Cedar Park won this contest. Music and percussion was a dead heat between CP and Rouse

Leander going  from 1st in brass in pre lims to 7th in finals is a pretty crazy swing.

I think Area F had a strong showing this year! Although I'm disappointed about Aledo missing finals, they were very close (and they probably would've made it in if they went later.) Birdville was only 3 out and placed 15th like in 2019. I know that program has had some bumps since 2019, so I'm happy for them. This is also the second time that an Area F school placed in the top half at state, so congrats to Burleson Centennial! It was also great to see Richland make state and state finals after six long years.

Regardless of how realignments may affect this area, I'm excited to see what the future will be for Area F.
