This seems really tough. I think about 5-7 locks and then about 15 groups competing for those last 5-7 spots. And it's UIL so you definitely never know.

Had to hop on for Wakeland, will be here for prelims results and all of finals tomorrow but wow was that good. Drill is just SO tight, and their music is amazing as always, can't wait to watch their final run tomorrow, great job Wakeland!

I think I speak for many when I say, "WOW! What amazing performances by everyone involved!" I was super enamored and impressed by Wakeland's stellar performance, as always. I cannot wait to see how well they do when prelims announcements roll around. Other bands such as Pflugerville and Friendswood are extremely captivating and enjoyable as well! Also sorry about my comments earlier, I shouldn’t have brought down other bands in my enthusiasm. LISD and the rest of them are stellar.

appreciate the apologies/clarification! We just don't want to publicly state on a website super popular in Texas that many kids from many different bands are on that we think they are bad or inferior to another program. All bands in Texas, and just in the US in general are all amazing, each bringing their own unique styles and taste to the marching band world, and we should always support them no matter how we feel about their show or whether they beat the band you or a friend/family member may be in. All these kids work so hard, and this site is a place where we can show our love, enthusiasm and appreciation for all the hard work they put in for us to be entertained by their amazing shows!
