DallasFan Posted December 19, 2022 Posted December 19, 2022 I wonder if this contest will become super 6A heavy instead of 5A's like it normally is. Since 5A state will be after 6A (If both happen) I assume the area dates will be flipped and this contest would happen the same weekend as 5A areas. LeanderMomma 1 Quote

Expand Yeah, and the results could be completely different because this will be the first year that 6A bands would attend this comp due to 2021 and 2022 being the same day as area or 6A. Quote

Unlike last year, where 6A area was on this day, causing all the bands in attendance for the most part to be 5A, this year the event is on the day of 5A area, so most if not all the bands that will be attending will be 6A. I doubt Azle will be coming unless they decide to skip area for this, but that seems extremely unlikely to me. JazzRun 1 Quote
