Your whole argument is based on the idea of marching band being a professional sport. News flash, it ain't. These are teenagers studying algebra, English, history,  chemistry, etc. They don't get paid

for me it's def Flower Mound that has the whole package rn. great show from them.

Hebron was of course outstanding too. loaded w/ impressive technical passages, wonderful quality of sound. but sometimes i caught myself wondering what all the notes added up to. vis program also still a weak link imo. still better than like 99.999% of bands tho.

Waxhahchie’s sound is so professional for such a young group of performers, it’s like listening to a pro wind ensemble on a marching field with the quality of blend and balance in the ensemble. All of their attacks are crisp and clear, the woodwinds technique is clean as a whistle

Lol just realized I predicted timber creek above forney last week at HEB and was right but this time I have them switched lol. That’s what happens when you have to remember and compare the performances of 25 bands😩
