2023 BOA Midland (Sept. 30)

Does anyone know why there is no live blogging from Midland prelims?

Only doing finals, idk why but I’d imagine whoever is doing either couldn’t make prelims or some other reason, but I do know they are covering finals!

I think there is one band left but so far, I’ve liked Mustang and Loveland but neither were as strong as I thought they would be.  
This year seems off with marching; even watching Vandegrift in Austin last week (historically always clean sweep), they slightly missed the mark.

Update: Hendrickson was much better than when I saw them in Austin, so they are at the top for me too.

I really liked Hendrickson's and Mustang's shows!  All the band sounded amazing and I know it was really close between Braswell and Mustang for sure. Great effects and solos! Very clean shows. Congrats to all.

Way to go Braswell!  I had a feeling they were going to medal, but winning is awesome and a great sign of growth for that (relatively new) program
