An interesting contest coming up which could have big implications for Area G. UISD Marching Contest this Saturday has Hanna, San Benito, and Harlingen all making the trip to Laredo. The contest usually only features Laredo schools and Alexander always wins most of the captions. United seems to be at the same level now and combine Hanna and Harlingen? Should be a fun little contest as Area is in Laredo this year too.

The main programs vying for the coveted spots are attending so definitely a great one for sure!

Anyone have a link to the UISD festival webpage/social media page? I can’t seem to find any information on this event! Found some past festival info pages, but no luck for this upcoming one. Hoping there is a livestream available.

The first performance starts at 5 this Saturday at Bill Johnson Stadium. As far as I'm concerned this event is never livestreamed.

Wow! United hasn't won the Uisd Festival since 2016. A historic year for them so far!
