2023 UIL 5A Area E

what are everyones thoughts on placements for Area E this year in the 5A division. i feel itll be very unpredictable (except for friendswood and foster of course)

I feel that the same three bands will make state from 2021. But I wouldn't be surprised if Barbers Hill or Kempner sneak into that third spot.

I'd personally like to see La Porte advance to State. They have been on the rise in the last few years since dropping back down into 5A.

as someone who has seen and gotten details of kempners plans i dont have a doubt in my mind they can knock out fulshear but its a matter of how well they can produce it, im also curious to see if fulshear will start to improve after this year of doing pretty okay with finishing at 3rd for the 2022 season in Area E

I am relatively new to 5A as i marched with kempner but i hadnt realize they had been on the rise, that makes things pretty exciting for this years area comp.
