Do you have the most recent version of iTunes (6.0.2) and Quicktime (7.0.4) Do you have administrator access on your computer? Do you have broadband internet? Personal Questions: Are you logged in to TxBands? Did you copy the link perfectly? Are you sure you followed all the directions perfectly? To be honest, its kinda hard to diagnose a problem unless you give us a little more info than saying its invalid. When does it say its invalid? Does it give any other text? Quote

bariphonium Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 And for us Mac users who don't have the "File Name box"...? Quote
sax5warrior Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 im giving up...nothing seems to work... Quote
Dynasty Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 bariphonium said: And for us Mac users who don't have the "File Name box"...? I guess just look for the "import" option on a menu somewhere. Quote
bariphonium Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 I've got the import option. But beyond that, you select a file by going through folders, etc; there isn't a file name box anywhere. Quote
Dynasty Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 You should be able to just do option - v (or whatever paste is) into the text box. Then hit enter. You don't have to select files. Quote
Clarinot Posted January 25, 2006 Author Posted January 25, 2006 Actually, copy your url and paste it into your browser. See if it will let you download it and save it as a file to your computer and import it from there. Quote
