Winnsboro! What a fun show! You had me smiling the whole time! Great visuals, music arrangements, all of it! Kudos to the keyboard percussionists and sax soloist! Hoping to see this one again later today!

Whitesboro

What a visually cool intro and opener. Nice ensemble control on the first hit.
Awesome tempo control on the NIN Hurt
The closer fully sucked me in. I didn't want the show to end.
I have a feeling we will see you later tonight.
Great run

Santa Gertrudis

This duet to start sets a great feel into that opening hit!! Nice guard work and your woodwinds are ripping through this book. Super strong finish on the 2nd piece. Low brass really bringing it in the ballad. I love spinning the lamp and the band falls as if they are smoke ir potentially a djinn. Super design and execution.
Great show!

So, this is my first time catching any of these bands in years. I have no idea of potential general placements or current feelings on ranking headed into this contest.

Commerce

Battery killed it in the opener!
Nice ensemble articulation in the 2nd piece and low brass into that transition just carries it.
Flute duet was very pretty. Great end to the ballad and awesome design choice to keep most of the band off of the 5 yard markers in the square. The snares are just spot on in the "Isn't She Lovely" piece. Front ensemble with a very sweet run into the close.

Nice work today!

Holliday

Digging the preshow music.

The opener just sent chills through my entire body!! What a sound!
Moving with precision. The crescendo at the end of the opener was outstanding.
The guard in the ballad! My eyes popped! The Van Halen-esque guitar solo, this kid rips! and the band is matching the energy in movement. OMG!!!

That is one heck of a show!! So happy I got to tune in to watch this. One of my favorite shows of the season regardless of class. The band moves well, the guard is great, sounds are nice throughout. Great mix of music.

I can't wait to see this in finals

This is an ominous preshow sound you have going on.

Nice front ensemble work. High brass loving the phrasing in the opener.
Flute soloist and front ensemble sounds so nice.
Nice trumpet work and support by the woodwinds.
Guard with amazing double flag work in Nothing Else Matters.
Nice movement forming into the crown.

Fun show. Lots of cool things happening throughout.

I have been mesmerized by the this block so far! Bet we see several of these bands in finals!

I have only caught this block so far. But Whiteboro and Holliday have to be locks. I wish I could have caught the earlier blocks.
